The maximum number of trace log files to keep. The number of archived trace log files will remain constant, but a new file will be added to the archive list, and the oldest file will be deleted.

Log Rotation Strategy

The trace log file rotation strategy.

  • Rotate When Days Elapsed. Start a new trace log file after the specified number of days.
  • Rotate When Size Reached. Start a new trace log file when the current file reaches the specified size.
Compress Trace Logs

Determines whether archived trace log files should be compressed.

Disable Log Caching

If selected, log data will not be stored in the cache, but flushed after each record.

We do not recommend to disable log caching permanently, because constantly writing log data significantly increases disk usage and affects the performance of OneSpan Authentication Server services.

Disable log caching only when you investigate server or application issues.

RADIUS Dictionary
RADIUS Dictionary File

The name of the RADIUS dictionary file if you have created a custom file. The file specified must be in the place specified as the RADIUS dictionary file location during configuration.
