Unable to see Mobile number of recipient on Onespan portal
Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 11:51amOn Onespan portal when we open any transaction, We can see email id of the recipients but we cant see mobile number of the recipients. We want to know if there is any option to see the mobile number. We wanted to ensure if the mobile number was entered correctly by users. I can see there is option to see the number if we edit the transaction, But we don't want to edit transaction in production. I have attached screenshot.

Please try the alternative steps listed below without changing the status of the transaction.
1. Login to OneSpan WebUI.
2. Open the transaction you wish to verify the recipient's phone number.
The transaction URL will look something like :
OneSpan Environment_URL/a/transaction/transactionID
3. Alter the URL to below and hit Enter:
OneSpan Environment_URL/api/packages/transactionID
4. Transaction payload will appear.
5. Enable "Pretty-print" in the browser
6. Search in the payload for the recipient's phone number you wish to verify. Alternatively, the search can be performed by searching for their email address and look for the phone number under the "question".
