Retired/Left Company Signers

We have a need to transfer completed packages from a signer to viewable from another signer.  We have had signers retire or leave the company and want to transfer their documents to be viewable by another signer.  For now we have set up delegation so that the new employee can view the old employee's completed packages in OneSpan.  However, if we remove the signer account from OneSpan, what happens to their completed packages?  Can they be transferred?

Hi,

Completed packages cannot be transferred or reassigned ownership. However, you can put a safety net by locking the employee's account so they cannot login anymore. You can continue using the delegation feature to oversee in flight and completed packages.
