What is the limit of characters of a Signer's title?

Hi cristinasananez, From the screenshot, I assumed that you were using OneSpan Sign Salesforce Connector. Also that the label said "Package Edit" which is the previous convention OneSpan Sign called our transaction, now it's "Transaction Edit". Based on these, could you provide some extra information as listed below: (1)what's the OneSpan Sign connector version you are using? You can find this information from the "Installed Packages" (2)can you provide with more specific steps how to reproduce the issue? Did you associate a contact to your package or the contact was added as a signer? When you saw the error message? When click prepare/send or the moment when you added a signer? If I added a contact with really long title as a recipient, an error message (different from yours) displayed and told me there's a limitation of 80 characters.
