Logo in mobile web experience?

0 votes
Hello, It appears the default behavior for the mobile web experience is to omit the display of the branding logo (the one that would display in the upper left in the desktop web experience). We are just curious, is there a setting that would allow us to have the logo show even in the mobile experience? Thanks in advance, Ron

Hi Ron, In SaaS environment, OneSpan Sign doesn't display logos or branding bars in mobile signing experience, which was confirmed internally. However, with new signer experience, since the signing ceremony pages are fully responsive, both mobile and desktop users will share the same experience and the logo will be displayed. So you might be interested in testing and starting to migrate towards the New Signing Ceremony. If you were talking about the on-prem deployment, you can talk to your professional service and have your Mobile Signing Ceremony source code customized, which is technical feasible. Duo

Thank you for this information! The new experience looks really nice. We have relayed it to our business partners and will be analyzing a switch to the new experience in a couple months.
