Capture Signatures Issue

0 votes
Hello, We are using capture signatures but something strange is happening. We have two accounts, one is used for development and one is for the customer, the account used for development has no problem, the signature is captured submitted and when the document is confirmed the signature is printed on the PDF. When we use the client account and try the same thing everything goes well but in the end the signature is not printed on the PDF. We're thinking it might be some kind of setup but we still can't figure out what, does anyone have any ideas?

Hello there, Could you provide with following information: (1)Which environment does the client account use? (US2 Production vs US2 Sandbox, etc) (2)Is the issue consistent and reproducible? (3)Have you got a support ticket so that our support team could reach out to you and try to reproduce the same issue? Duo

Hello Duo, Thanks for the reply, (1) Our development account is US2 sandbox, the client account right now i can´t tell but I don't think it should be a sandbox, i will figure out. Can there be differences between the settings in these accounts? (2) yes, in the client account this always happens, with the US2 sandbox account we use for development it doesn't happen. (3) For now we do not have.

Hi there, There shouldn't be an account setting that leads this behavior, so if you can send an email to [email protected] with the descriptions of your issue, to create a support ticket, I will work with support team to help you reproduce and then pinpoint the issue. Duo

Hello! Looks like you're enjoying the discussion, but haven't signed up for an account.
