Hi,
Can we upload editable PDF for eSign? I am currently getting an error when doing so? Or is there an option to auto flatten in OneSpan?
Thanks.
Srini.

Hi Srini,
Can you share the error message you were hitting? If there's no sensitive information, please also share the PDF. Theoretically, OneSpan Sign doc engine was able to flatten the interactive PDF including fillable fields. However, there might be some specific security settings in the PDF that prevents the doc engine to process the document. So it will be easier if I can use the same document to investigate the issue.

Hi Srini,
Thanks for the sharing, I received the PDF (i detached it from your reply for you). However, the PDF itself looks quite normal: there's no editable forms and I can successfully upload it to a package.
Could you upload the PDF through web portal (https://sandbox-gov.esignlive.com/esl) and share the screenshot if there's any error message be displayed?
