Need to pump the data to the document , signer will be manually done and upload the document with wet signature and change the status to complete in one span
Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 10:47amHI ,
I have a scenario like
1.upload the document in one span.
2. Pump the data to the document through one span.
3. No e-signature needed.
4. once data is pumped we will get manually sign from customers.
5. will upload the document in onespan and update the transaction status as complete in one span.
How we can achieve this scenario . Please help

Before we dive into the technical details, can you clarify more on your use case:
(1)For #4, do you mean the end user will download the document, wet sign, then scan/take pictures of the documents and reupload to the system?
(2)Is it a remote signing or in-person signing scenario / who is responsible for the operation? Will the end user be on site with an agent or they process from home?
(3)Since you don't need the e-signature in this scenario, there won't be valid records in the audit trail. Hence you probably want to talk to your legal & compliance team to make sure the legal binding of the process. At the same time, after your package has been completed, OneSpan Sign will still seal a certificate to the PDF, although it's not binding to any signature. You can expect something like below in Adobe:

yes

it will be either way remote signing or in person but we have to upload the signed document in onespan . Is that feasible

I think we should add invisible signature to pump the data even though there is no explicit signers right
