Return Last Transaction or Package

I am trying to access the API: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages
I have created 2 transactions, but I am getting only last transactions metadata. Count is returning as 2 but metadata is only for the last transaction. Please find the attached response json for reference.
Please help!

The Package Retrieval API required two parameters "&from=1&to=100" to return multiple results. For other available parameters and their usage, check the Retrieve a List of Transactions guide.
