SSO - User Status
Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 10:12amWhen a new user is provisioned, the user status is set to PENDING. When using SSO, the user status never changes to ENABLED because they do not get the activation email. How do we get the status to ENABLED so that we have the ability to DISABLE the user, if needed?

If you first invite the sender through OneSpan Sign and then user logs in through SSO without going through account registration step, the state will remain PENDING.
If this is the flow you are following, you can actually skip the first step, and let the sender directly access the SSO link and be created by the auto provision, in which case the sender status is gonna be ACTIVE.
For those senders already be invited and remains PENDING status, you could bulk update their status using the sender tool hosted in Code Share.
