Hi Madeva,
Unfortunately, you won't be able to update a document name as long as there's any signer who has started to sign, which I think is to prevent the signing content from being altered. If you really want to update the name, you may have to first delete the document, then add the document back with the same fields and layout, and have the signer signed again - I can provide some sample code if you want to follow this path.
