Transferring Templates
Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 02:43pmIs it possible to transfer templates in OneSpan?
I know we can share out templates when they are created, but what if we have someone that has a lot of templates that everyone uses, and they decide to retire next week.
Is it possible to transfer all of their templates? The account needs to be closed but re-creating the templates would be a headache that will eventually come up again at some point.
Is it something that OneSpan support can help with?

In order to transfer templates and layouts within or across the accounts, you can try one of our integration tools "Template & Layout Copy Tool".
It's an integration tool runs at client side, which provides an intuitive graphic interface and works for both integrated and ad-hoc accounts.
