Issue with multiple captures on document losing handdrawn value
Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 09:59amGuys,
I am working on a package that has both captures on one document. I'm using the handdrawn value for one and the fromfile for the other.
On the first approval using the handdrawn value, it works fine. I then go onto the fromfile capture approval and it works fine.
On the second page of the document I try to sign the approval with the handdrawn value and it pops up the sign box where you have to draw your own signature. I cancel out of there and test the fromfile approval and that works just fine.
It appears the handdrawn value is not working properly on documents with multiple captures that use the handdrawn value.
What I have noticed is that if I close out of the signing process and get back in, I can continue to sign the documents but this is not a good work around. Need some help here.

I can reproduce the same that if you have three signatures A (handdrawan capture), B (fromfile capture), C (handdrawn capture), if you sign them in the order of A B C, the C handdrawn value is not populated properly, and it works well if you sign in sequence A C B.
Close the signing process and get back in, or simply refresh the page would work this around, but I do agree that it's not a good experience.
Could you also fill in a support ticket ([email protected]) so that we can have R&D team looking into the issue?
