On OneSpan Sign, if I am a delegate for a user and I decide to sign a form on behalf of the user, who's name appears on the form signature? Is it my name or the user I am delegate to?
In short, it will be your/delegator's name. And you can expect these behaviors in a delegation signing scenario:
(1)The stamped signature appears your name
(2)Download the signed document and click on the certificate, it appears your email that has signed the signature
(3)In Evidence Summary, sender will still be the delegatee, while there'll be a recording indicating that it's your IP and email that has accessed the Signing Ceremony via delegation like below: Acting as a delegate on behalf of: John Smith ( [email protected])
