Unauthorized Access Pops up Consistently With Valid Package ID

Hi there, I am experiencing the error saying Unauthorized Access with the valid package ID "X8hRTbGl7GkXkdKoVxwJ92a6fqg=" when trying to create session token. I don't know why. Please advise. Thanks, Eddy

Hi Eddy, I will need a bit more information on your side.
  1. How are you creating your session token? (i.e. what call are you making?)
  2. What is the url you are building?
  3. If you're looking to create a signing session, is the package in SENT status?

Hello Haris, Thanks for the quick response. #1. I am using RESTful service to expose the resource like this, /api/sessions #2. The signing URL is: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken=#{sessionToken} #3. It's in SENT status. I guess that probably the request was sent a couple times due to the improper behavior from some JSF component.

The https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access?sessionToken=#{sessionToken} URL should be used with a signer authentication token. Take a look at this guide: https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/signer-session/#rest-api
