What is the programmatic difference between Opt-Out & Decline buttons?
Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 04:24amFrom the UI perspective, it feels like "opting out", and "declining" are the same thing.
Can you please explain what is occurring behind the scenes in the application that makes these buttons different? Otherwise, we are inclined to disable one of the buttons. Thanks

The previous post "Opt-out vs Decline" can be found here.
As you may have known, (1)decline and opt-out are essentially the same (2)opt-out is deprecated in New Signer Experience. Based on above two points, I think we should (1)only suggest the client to use decline, (2)and maybe also hide the opt-out button to keep it the consistent behavior in both the classic and new signer experience.
