Hello, Could you please provide answers to these questions? W What user authentication model will esignlive be using? 2- What digital certificates are esignlive using? 3- Where are the records stored and how are they inventoried in esignlive? Thank you

Hi there, 1. The default authentication is email. However, you can add additional authentication such as SMS, Q&A, and Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA): Link to Guide 2. You can find our system requirements here: https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/introduction/system_requirements.htm 3. We have global data center locations in US, Canada, UK, Germany and Australia and looking to deploy data centers in other locations soon.
