No, but the important part is that you're using a web application accessed by a mobile device. So, you could set up a listener in the web application that the mobile device accesses and then, the device would always retrieve the latest from the web application that is updated by the callbacks from OneSpan Sign. This would be the best method for both of us.

Hey Mario, Quick question for you first. Is there a reason you would be checking the status with an API call vs using a callback listener to be told immediately when the transaction or signer is completed? This would be the most efficient method of knowing the status of a transaction. Let us know.

One of our consumers uses iPads to create packages, and the Ipads canot recieve callbacks. Regarding the status calls, are you sure there are no limits on the volume of the calls? You could be subject to server outages, in case someone fires off thousands of calls per minute in a loop.

As you can see, that post was removed as it contained an unknowingly false claim by a new employee. Sorry for the confusion there! You are definitely subject to the fair-use policy and we are investigating with R&D what the auto-blacklisting settings might be in the system. As for the application, it's a native mobile application? Or a web application being accessed through the mobile device?

It is a web application being accessed through the mobile device. Are there callbacks for native apps?
