completed signed documentation

at present we are testing the system and when we are signing the documents some of our boxes have not been completed. How can i set up the system so that the document can not be completed until all signatures, text boxes etc are all completed. Does the system send up a warning that all are not completed ? thanks in advance

Hi Karen, Signatures by default are required to sign before completion, so I think you only need to force fields like Text Fields to be required. To do so, in Designer Page, you can click the setting button on each Field, open the popup dialog and switch "isRequired" on like the attachment shows. Hope this could help! Duo
