Navigator does not show up in iPad.

Like I said above, it seems to be only not showing for me when the size of the iframe exceeds the size of the document. Since the ceremony seems to only be reading the size of the frame it's in to determine if it needs to provide navigation, if you oversize the iframe window to not fit the iPad screen, this goes unnoticed. Could you attach the html you're using for your iframe? I will test out what I see on my iPad and get back to you what I find would fix it or if I'll discover more wrong than my initial testing showed.

Hi Engg, Can I know which environment your account is in and did you embedded the Signing Ceremony into an iFrame? With a quick test in 11.22 US2 sandbox, the navigator shows up in my iPad mini in both portrait and landscape scope. Duo

Hey Engg, By environment, Duo was meaning which instance of OneSpan Sign are you using? US Sandbox or Production 1 or 2, Canadian Sandbox or Production, etc? When you go to log into the OSS UI, what URL do you go to, basically. :)

Hey Engg, I did a quick test, just now. I am able to see the navigator in iPad. One thing I noticed is if the iframe is sized to a height that fits the entire document but is technically off the screen of the iPad itself, the navigator doesn't appear because to OSS ceremony, the signature at the bottom of the document is visible on the web page. Can you check to see if this might be the issue?

HI, Yes, when we resize the iPad to 75% to more, navigator does not appear in the browser but appears in 50% or less in iPad. Do you think that it will work in real iPad with 75% or more size instead of browser mode of iPad? We did not test in real iPad. Thank you.
