Removing the Signer selector

0 votes
Hi Silanis team- I am attempting to generate hyperlinks directly to a document in a package for a particular signer role, with authentication. I am currently successfully generating the link with this pattern: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/auth?signerAuthenticationToken={token}&target=https%3a%2f%2fsandbox.esignlive.com%2fpackages%2{packageId}%2fdocuments%2f{documentId} This brings me to the document fine, but it shows the "signers dropdown". I've also tried with the session token, which also authenticates fine, and gets me directly to the doc, but also shows the signer dropdown. Is there any way to generate a link (additional parameter?) that will NOT show the signers list? thanks, =maina)

Hi Maina, The signers dropdown appears when you have in-person enabled in your package settings. If you don't want to see that dropdown, you'll have to set "inPerson" to false when creating your package. Can you verify if that is indeed the case?
