ERROR: The email is already in use for this package

While trying to send a package, I got this error.
We've sent many packages with the same email for both signers, this is the first time I've seen this issue.
Any idea on what the problem could be?

This might because the recipient has a sender profile in OneSpan Sign. Could you share the email and the OSS environment to [email protected] so that I can have a quick check for you?
