Notify when offline authentication data is about to expire

Select this option to display a warning when the offline authentication data is about to expire. This option affects only Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent. Other applications will not display a warning.

Hours before offline authentication data expires

Enter the number of hours for which offline authentication data should at least still be valid before an expiration warning is displayed. It affects only accounts that have time-based Digipass authenticators assigned. This option is only available if you select the Notify when offline authentication data is about to expire check box.

The default setting is 6.

Number of authentications left

Enter the minimum number of authentications that should be available before an expiration warning is displayed. It affects only accounts that have event-based Digipass authenticators assigned. This option is only available when you select the Notify when offline authentication data is about to expire check box.

The default setting is 20.

Notify when grace period for static password authentication is about to end

Select this option to display a warning when the grace period for static password authentication is about to end. During the grace period, a user may authenticate using either the static password or the Digipass authenticator. The first time the Digipass authenticator is used for authentication, the grace period ends immediately. When the grace period has ended, static password authentication is no longer available. This option affects Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent and Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Credential Provider. Other applications will not display a warning.

Days before grace period ends

Enter the remaining number of days of the grace period before an expiration warning is displayed. This option is only available if you select the Notify when grace period for static password authentication is about to end check box.

The default setting is 5.

Notify when assigning a Digipass authenticator to a user automatically

Select this option to display a notification when a Digipass authenticator is automatically assigned to a user. This option affects Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent and Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Credential Provider. Other applications will not display a warning.

Notify when randomizing passwords

Select this option to display a notification when a static password is being randomized. After a static password has been randomized, authentication is allowed only with the Digipass authenticator. This option affects Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent and Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Credential Provider. Other applications will not display a warning.

Show icon in notification area

Select this option to enable the icon in the notification area. If you clear this check box, the icon is disabled for all users. If you select this option, the icon is initially shown but can be hidden by the user, via the Hide Tray Icon option in the Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent shortcut menu. This option requires Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent.

Show status changes

Select this option to display the Status Hover Pane automatically when the authentication status changes. If you clear this check box, the Status Hover Pane is disabled for all users. If you select this option, it can be overruled by the user, via the View Status Changes option in the Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent shortcut menu. This option requires Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent.

Show status of last authentication

Select this option to display the status of the last authentication via the Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent icon. This option requires Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent.
