I have a Sandbox account and am wanting to use your Salesforce connector. What is the best resource for how to go about installing and configuring it? Thanks, Darin

Hi Dacker, Silanis has integrated e-SignLive with Salesforce in an application called e-SignLive for Salesforce. Following are the steps to install and configure Salesforce connector. To install the salesforce connector, pre-requisite is the user has to have the same email addresses in both environments, in your case it will be sandbox and sandbox US. 1. Create salesforce account on https://login.salesforce.com/ 2. Create eSignLive production account with the same email address : https://www.esignlive.com/products/edition-and-pricing/sign-up-for-e-signlive/free-trial 3. After creating a production account, you will be redirected to the login page, login to the application 4. Go to Admin tab and configure the API key to the environment required. Following should be the configuration while configuring the API key Enter e-SignLive Account API key Environment – US production Endpoint URL – https://apps.e-signlive.com/ Click on Connect 5. Once you are able to install the connector, you will be able to access the accounts and start creating packages.
