I am creating a transaction with REST API . and i offer the ability to the user to use the designer in order to add signors and signatures. However, when the user tries to add recipient, the signing order attribute is set to ON automatically. Can that be disabled all the time ??

Hi I am unable to add the senders signature image, when creating the sender.

Guys, I am looking over this page on the package settings for when we need to have a SMART Note created. https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/rest_api/package_settings_for_mortgages.htm Here it says that we need to include the following two fields. enote_data_section enote_attribute Is it safe to assume that these need to go at the root JSON element when sending them? Also, do you guys have any better examples then what is posted on the page?

What is an acceptance signature ? Is there an article online explaining the signatures?

Hi Is there a way to expire a signing session via the REST api. When does the signing session expire by default. Are there any business rules for expiry ? Thanks Mario

I am tryng to change my working code from uploading a single PDF containing a "stage" of forms to upload each form selected from the "stage" as a PDF. Many of the stages select forms which do not contain signatures, so I am not getting any information for the sender and signers until later. I send a REST call to set the package sender and a role for it, but when I download the package it has the account owner as the sender. I am not getting any error or reponse when I PUT the sender.

Guys - I know that when a document is completely signed, your system will send out a notification that we can capture to do whatever it is we need to do with that information. Is there something similar for when a user locks their account due to too many invalid attempts?
