I have certain templates that I have to list the client's email and phone. I know that the FIELDS has some of the signer's info like Signer Name, Title, and Company, but can you also add Signer Email and Signer Phone? That is information that the system already has when we list the signer's address or their phone when we use SMS authentication.

Hi, I created a console application (using .NET SDK) to retrieve field values and save them to a SharePoint list, but I would like to set it up to run whenever a package is completed. Would I use an Event Listener for this purpose? If so, are there any tutorials or guides to help me get this set up?
I keep getting this message "Signed and all signatures valid. Document was updated after signing." Nothing was updated, just downloaded the document. Is this valid? It has been rejected by a vender because it looks like it was altered. Please let me know how I can avoid this in the future.

I have a created a transaction and assigned to it a Sender (different from the Owner).
As such, callback errors are being sent in emails to the sender. Is it possible to add a configuration so that the owner receives those emails as well?

I have one scenario: signer1 doesn't need to sign/accept any documents in the package, in the remote scenario, how signer1 start the signing ceremony to review the documents? because signer1 doesn't get the email to launch the signing ceremony.
from API, I know it's possible as I can get authentication token for signer1 to launch.

In my CA sandbox account '[email protected]', I found the link for "view completed documents' button, the link is "https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/sso/saml/login/alias/e-signlive?idp=xxxxx&RelayState=xxx"
but in account '[email protected]', the same link is as ""https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/a/transaction/oB5bF080J89ec4qS0zVF9pEgz24%3D"
which setting triggers the difference? one URL contains sso, and the other doesn't. if you look at the email templates, both has the same link

We have a use case where an Authorization document will be signed by our client. This authorization document will be used by several other internal members to sign the document again. This can happen after 3 months or 6 months, etc. We want to download the Authorization document signed by the client and use this document later to be signed by our internal team members when needed. We do not want to loos the authenticity of the previous document. Is this possible?
