Hi,

I was reading thru the injecting field values on this link https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/feature-guides/developer/injecting-field-values?origin=developeresignlive.

But i not really sure how does the document fields can be mapped to the pdf doc.

Can anyone help to explain on this?

Regarding this thread https://community.onespan.com/forum/disable-email-notification-signer

Have there been any additional controls added for email notifications? Specifically, we would like to disable email notifications at a) the package level and b) the individual signer level. I do know there were some open enhancement requests in this area.

   Thanks

Got a notification that OSS-US-PROD-2 will be upgrading OS during a 3 hour window and it made me realize I do not have enough knowledge about the OneSpan production environment to know what this means for us. I see OneSpan has OSS-US-PROD-1 and OSS-US-PROD-2 production platforms. Are customers targeted to one or the other? Or are these fully load-balanced systems? If the former, how do I know which production system my account is on? Thanks.

I am writing an app that will hypothetically integrate with OneSpan Sign. I would want the users of my app to be able to log into OneSpan Sign and grant my app permission to create Transactions in their OneSpan sign account on their behalf. Is this possible with OneSpan sign? Or would my users hypothetically need to provide my app with their OneSpan Sign API key?

Hi ,

we have the client want to have list in the document such as Jan, Feb, Mar in the list (see the attachment), I am able to create the list from sender UI. but this client will use integration solution, so I'd like to know what's the document extraction syntax for the list with pre-defined value.

F.Y.I, currently we use SDK to create the package and set extract=true which means OneSpan will extract the signature information, so we'd like to keep the same way for List.
