Our team has been leveraging OneSpan createPackage API to create package and call the signingURL to successfully eSign PDF forms leveraging text anchors.
All these forms which were uploaded prior to calling CreatePackage were expected to be Flattened and has been working well in executing eSignatures.

Newly deployed integration with Laserfiche. Followed the white paper instructions for the integration. Installed notification server on a DMZ front facing server, URL is reachable from the outside and the DMZ box is able to communicate to the internal servers.

in my sandbox account , the attachment is enabled. 1) when I create the package not select delivery as attachment for the signer with gmail, complete email is not delivered to GMAIL as attached error from our CIBC bounce mail. 2) when I create the package not select delivery as attachment for the signer with hotmail, complete email is received successfully in hotmail.

We are looking into Signature Pads, for Capture Signature, that are compatible with OneSpan. Are there any recommendations as to which ones will work best for this?
If we submit a ticket and have a user moved from one of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts to another of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts, does this also move their transactions, templates, layouts, etc.? We have one account that will eventually need to merge with another, and we want to be sure that we don't lose anything when that happens.

Hello I am using document extraction approach using REST API and able to create the Transaction successfully. The problem I am having is that when I click to sign, it opens image capture screen like in the attached screenshot. I want to set from property in rest api so that when user click on the sign button, it prompt user to select the digital certificate to sign in transaction. Can you help with REST API?

I am trying to figure out the way to convert the unit measurement in our system (millimeter) to OneSpan unit.
Today we use this formula to convert the signature coordinates in my application to OneSpan:
my application value ( in millimeter) x 3.6869 = OneSpan value
for example:
We have some users who have created many shared templates/layouts for our employees to use in OneSpan Sign, but have never sent any packages themselves. If one of these users leaves the company, I am assuming their templates/layouts will be removed if we delete their account; is that correct? If so, should we only lock those users when they leave, or is there a way to transfer ownership of their templates/layouts prior to deleting them? We use OneSpan Sign SaaS if that makes a difference. Thank you!
