In the Account Configuration panel there is reference to something called 'imprint fields' but there is no description as to what imprint fields actually are and I cannot find any reference to this configuration in any guides. 
Is it possible to obtain/download/print a copy of the document that includes all the fields and labels created in OneSpan Sign, positioned as they appear to the customer during the signing process? Essentially, can we print a replica of what the customer sees on the document while signing it with all the OneSpan generated fields?
Is it possible with text tag extraction to send two PDF documents with the payload? If so, can you share an example - we are not finding any examples? We are using the OSS ReST API to send payload data.

We started integration with oneSpan and our applications and we are now facing issue with callback notification service.
We have 2 applications which can initate signing process in oneSpan (sales app and hr app). Both has different client apps key configured.
We created endpoint for receiving callbacks from oneSpan, but received message has only information about packageId, signerId and documentId.
Is there any possibility to add custom field to notification payload (for example to pass information about source app)

resending a signing invitation doesn't work. Not in the Sandbox and also not from the Web UI.
I actually don't believe I am making a mistake using both. Maybe the problem is in our package coding, wich however works fine with all other REST APIs we are using.
Any idea?

I've used other signing platforms but the name of the entities seems to be different so I'm quite puzzled about where/how to start.
can someone point me the relationship/meaning of Package, Template and Document? which is the proper sequence of call/ to create those three? [given that I need to create programmatically one document to sign through API for each client of my company]

when my client opened the downloaded document in adobe, it is showing the message (see attachment). as of I know, once document is signed for partial signed, there is not way to update the document, if so, what's the test it showed the message as "document was updated after signing'?

What is the international SMS phone number format for OneSpan Sign?
Eg. international phone number (specifically for Japan): 011-81-555-555-5555
It would be without the 011 as that would only be needed if the person is being called. 81 is the international code, so it would require that and then the phone number.
