I received the following message during the eSign. Could I know in what situation I'm receiving the message below?

I have a package (see attachment for the package details), there are 2 signers required to sign the package (1st signer required to sign form 6249 and form Healthcheck, 2nd signer required to sign form 6249). From signers, they have same email, and use SSO as authentication method.

Actual result: when 1st signer launched signing ceremony, it prompted to sign form 6249 and form Healthcheck

I use the event notifier with a Iframe (https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/codeshare/esignlive-event-notifier) for couple years in my projet and when I have configure it initially the event to check for completion was ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE.

I don't know if there has been a change in the event because i'm not receving ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE anymore and I receive ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE_REVIEWED for the last message after signature.

What is the difference and impact?

I have set up the option for signers to have the option to decline, but I do not see this when we test it. Occasionally, a document is forwarded for signature, but the final approver does not want it signed for various reasons. We would like to have the option to decline to sign and have a notification sent to the sender.

Can the validation error message be supplied in some way when doing external verification?

I have run the UI based transaction report and only the sender information is provided in the excel file.

I have run the delegation report which only provides me the delegation activities, nothing transaction level related.

How can I generate/fetch a report of transactions that were managed/created by a delegated user while they managed another user's account?

The delegation feature is fantastic however there are risks that need to be monitored/audited assuming the delegated user is not anonymous when working in another user's account.

I created ADA transaction via API call, and when I tried to click "confirm" button" during signing ceremony, it showed error as attachment, any idea what's wrong?

I attached document and create package payload as well.

Regarding document extraction, I read the following information from your website, and doesn't mention not support for text area, So what's the tag should put in the PDF file? I tried [Primary01.Capture5.TextArea1], but seems not working, please advise.

I am trying to resolve an issue when using iframe to load the inPerson (where all parties can sign in same URL) signing URL in tablet (iPad) Safari. I wonder if there anybody facing this same issue before and have the solution for it.

Hi Duo, 

I was trying to send the transaction to sender for signing as well. In some of the instances in our use cae, there might be a case where the sender also needs to sign the transaction. If I am not wrong, I had gone through similar blog or forum where the discussion revolved around using sender as a signer. Regardless, how do we achieve this case(using sender as a signer) ? I tried but the sender never received an email to sign the transaction. 

Can you please help ?
