I have a question regarding Optout/Decline, we tested for current behavior in v11.25 as

Classic UI (desktop): if signer decline/optout the package, it will redirect to login page.

A customer is asking us about a scenario that I would like to clarify.

Tis customer would like the signing notification set to multiple people, and have any one of them able to do the signature. They also require 2-factor authentication. So we would like to be able to define - say 3 people who can sign using that role, and have *all of them* get a notification email and *any one of them* log in, get the SMS, and perform the signing. Is this possible? I have seen references to signature delegation and optional signatures but I am not sure if this scenario is either.

Do you know if I can retrieve the fields that I configure in the template layout? I know that we have available an evidence summary, but is possible to retrieve this fields by an API service? Not as a pdf but as metadata.

When I use the tool (OSS - Package Export  & Download Tool - v1.3.3.jar), I can log in with user and password or with API Key. Can I download all packages created with a especific user (sender user)with this tool? 

I'm not sure if I can have problems whit that!

I have a scenario where we have a Reviewer on a package that also has signature fields to fill out. We marked this package with "In Person Signing" so all the signers will be present in the drop down upon clicking the Reviewer's Signature link. 
We are expecting to see all the signers in the drop down when we navigate to the documents but what we find is that only the Reviewer is on that drop down and their signature fields are present.
