I'm trying to restrict the attachment in advance section of new transaction, but I can only set if it is mandatory or not. Do you know if i can set only pdf documents as attacments from any flag in the platform?

I have seen references in the documentation to what looks like a timed visual audit trail:

"The second type of audit trail, the visual audit trail, takes this a step further and provides context for how an electronic record was presented, reviewed and signed. It captures everything that occurred during the signing workflow, web page by web page. As a result, an organization can pull the active audit trail and play it back screen-by-screen to see what happened, like a security camera."

I have to show the one span document in an iFrame of width 615px. But the One-span document I get has big margins around it. How can I tweak the document width as per my iframe size.? What's the best way to it in minimal steps?

When opening a new Template in the designer view embedded in our app I've noticed some things with the Add Recipient form:

1. By default it selects Recipient when the package type is Template. It would be nice if for templates a new recipient's type is defaulted to Placeholder.

Good afternoon, I am working on a document to add text tags with radio buttons.  I am using the text tag

 {{esl_optionG:Signer1:Radio:Group("Frequency"),Value("X"),size(15,15),offset(15,-3)}} 

and just change the option portion (optionA, optionB etc.). 

The issue with this is that when it is signed all the radio buttons are checked off.  I would only like one option to be checked off and the option is chosen by the customer.  Is my formula incorrect?  I am looking at 7-8 options

Our OneSpan account is customer-facing and we support French speaking customers. Most of the signing process translates to French properly expect the 'Thank You' message attached.

Is there something we're missing that triggers this in the proper language that we might be missing?

We have some roles in our account for control access management. We want the ability for designated user (Roles & Permission) to be able to access and download the evidence summary for ALL completed packages.

Teorhetical a "manager" rol can do it, but a manager receive this message:

Scenario: We have a two-page PDF where OneSpan form is programmatically created using Java SDK. We have a text field on both pages that are identical. We would like for the field on the second page to be automatically populated with the value the user inputs on the first page. Is this possible?

I've had this issue for several weeks now and I'm not sure how to remedy it. 
On the Complete Signing Modal, a green check mark is supposed to show up for the signer but we are seeing this (see attached.)

I did alter the following files on the server we keep our OneSpan instance on:
en.yml

conductor.css

config.rb

After this, I noticed that the checkmark was broken. So we reverted all the files back to the original and restarted the service but the checkmark was still broken. 

What are the session timeouts for a signer?  How long do they have when signing a document to fill it out, etc...

I don't see a setting anywhere that we can change.  Can it be changed by support?
