Hi,

I would like to know if in a transaction with several signers, there is a way to configure that if one of the signers declines the signature, this can be automatically notified to the signers who have already signed (in addition to the sender).

for InPerson signing, we manually launch signing ceremony with 

GET https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/access?sessionToken=token

from Postman, I got the response as sessionId such as 

{

    "sessionId": "89d04e0a6e29341d2ddb102f4ca678805ce3b4b0e62ed4dd"

}

but from browser, when I monitor the response when using the same URL (https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/access?sessionToken=token), the response seems like html page.

I was wondering in Version 11.25 if we can remove the "Exit" button from the "Thank You Dialog". This is because we can only set the text of it in one language and only have one handover URL.

 I found an issue with the signature box on mobile (I have attached a video). 

Environment: Safari, iPhone12 

Step to reproduce

1. Zoom in to read the document or zoom in to fill out the input
2. Click on the "Sign" button
3. The capture signature box is too big and hard to zoom out.

Can we zoom out when users click on the "Sign" button?

We are having documents inside a template. In runtime user is choosing what documents needs to be esigned based on that we will clone documents from a template and delete the extra roles and will send for esign.

Now we have a requirement like based on the number of signers document inside a template should have dynamic content added, for example one signer one signing instructions and two signers two signing instructions. How it can be achieved ?

We are already using onespan . As per our design we have 10 documents in a template. In our UI user will choose out of 10 documents what documents  need to be signed . Based on that we will clone documents from a template and delete the extra roles and we will send the documents for esign . 

There is a requirement like sometimes we need to send multiple copies of a particular document available in a template.

But during cloning if we send same document id multiple times , only one document is available in a cloned package.

I have a need to copy a template from one sandbox account to another sandbox, and I'm trying to use the OSS Template & Layout Copy Tool v1.5.3. I get the initial popup UI, but the 'Get Start' button is not clickable!

Using this command to start (on MacOS):
java -jar "OSS - Template & Layout Copy Tool -v1.5.3.jar"

I am trying to create a transaction using a template and when I put myself as one of the signers, the tool displays a message saying that the signature settings for the signer will be removed (see the attached image). 

Why does it work this way? I would like to be able to add myself as a signer keeping the configurations of the signature fields that the template brings.

Hi,

I am not able to change the transaction name in Draft package in the new Sender UI. Steps I did:

1. Create New Transaction with name "transaction 1"

2. Change Transaction name to "transaction 2", pop up appears saying "The transaction has been successfully saved.

3. Transaction name is still "transaction 1"

Is this a bug? I have attached the document showing the steps.
