Branding eMail Signature Block

How to change mail Subject, Mail body and Signature?

We use subaccounts and I can use the API to create and rename them.  Is there an API call to get the current email signature block and then assign a new block if needed.  This is the only branding I need to do at the subaccount level because everything else is inherited from our primary accounts branding.
