I have the following issue working with OSS Web.

Create transaction from template returns signing order for signers 0/1 (2 signers)  when signing order is disabled in the template. This ocurrs in some calls and not in others and the order returned for the signers is not always the same

so we have the following responses

signerA index unset  signerB unset (correct)

signerA 0 signer B 1 (wrong)

signerA 1 signer B 0 (also wrong)

Our finding below :-

LaserFiche Workflow sends doc to be signed.  Onespan hold it in draft.

I have a Laserfiche Workflow sending a document for signature to 4 persons.  Workflow is configured to use the layout “XXSignaturePage” based on the template by the same name.

The template is configured to use a signing order. 

Laserfiche Workflow is sending the document string as:  EntryId:7586972 ,LayoutName:XXSignaturePage

We are implementing new functionality related to Proctors (document type) and we need to create a new declaration. In the process, created new Document_Proctor like Declaration_FYLSX, however we are facing issues with new document. This is in UAT.

Do we need to register Blob# or Name at your end as it says Bad Request? Please advise.

I have two topics I wanted to dicuss in order to test the Dynamics connector and one use case, 

1. Is there a way to install the connector or a documentation directly online ? I did look to the documentation and it seems to only mention the installation via the on perm 2013, 2015 and 2016. but I'm not able to install it in Dynamics 365 business central , IF you have a recording or a tutorial it would be great !

I am working through the OneSpan tutorial for Automating Transaction Creation in Salesforce in Salesforce Lightning Experience but I am getting hung up in the creation of a field to store the automation URL.

I am unsure where this language is different than other help articles:

Hi,
I'm trying to integrate Onespan Sign with my Salesforce instance so that I can write back data captured in Onespan back to fields in my Salesforce record but I am getting the following error message 'callback is not working, please register the callback'. I have followed all the steps from the relative blogs but it's still not working. Any help would be greatly appreacited.

I am attempting to send a contract with the signature block set to capture from Laserfiche Workflow.

In the document I have placed the text tag:
