Is there a way to stop eSign from sending the document creation email to the signee?

Hi there,
I'm using the .NET integration guide found here to create a package:

Monday, January 8, 2018 at 04:57pmAny updates on this? I also create a DocumentPackage using the .NET API and the NewDocumentPackageSettings that I am applying to this are not being reflected.

Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 09:59amHey Haris. Noticed something very interesting. No matter what settings I changed, nothing would be reflected in the signing ceremony. However, as soon as I changed the PDF file, all of the settings worked for the new PDF. Hopefully this is enough for you to look into the matter, but let me know if you'd still like my code.

Thursday, November 23, 2017 at 07:15amThis is interesting as I thought I signed up through the Canadian site and set my country as Canada during that process. Is there any chance you can switch my account over to use the Canadian sandbox instead? We are a Canadian company and would like to use this API.
Here is the URL I am using for the account:
https://sandbox.esignlive.com
Thanks

Friday, November 24, 2017 at 05:56amThank you. I have email them and am awaiting a response.
In the meantime, I have tried the same as above, with the US sandbox URL and still get an error.
Could not create a new package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/packages. Optional details: {"messageKey":"error.unauthorised.noSession","entity":null,"technical":null,"packageId":null,"message":"Failed to retrieve Session","code":401,"name":"Unauthorized"}
Reply to: Customizing the Signing Ceremony (.NET SDK)
Monday, January 8, 2018 at 05:37pmError when using the latest .NET SDK (11.8.0 at the time of this comment). Was this parameter removed or something?
'CeremonyLayoutSettingsBuilder' does not contain a definition for 'WithIFrame' and no extension method 'WithIFrame' accepting a first argument of type 'CeremonyLayoutSettingsBuilder' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
