I did check the API key and it is the one associated with my account. I tried things using the account owner's API key and everything worked ok. It just didn't with my API key.
If a template with the same name already exists under the account owner, could this cause an issue copying it into my account?

Thanks for this. To be clear, there is no way for a sender to obtain their own individual API key through the OneSpan GUI (similar to how the account owner can)? This can only be done through code? I have a Manager role and cannot see anywhere within my login to obtain this for myself. Thanks.
