Hello, The watermark is our company logo. You do not have the ability to remove it from your account settings. However, you can submit a request to [email protected] to have it removed. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be branded on our end. You have can either keep it as is or remove it. Thank you , Arthur

Hello, This is a valid concern, however, you can only operate one language at a time. Example: Let's say you have selected German as your language of preference. Your signers will then be prompted to sign with German directives. Same goes for all the languages included in the language bar. The ability to have your signers operate in their respective languages is not available at this moment. The consent form is only available in English and in abbreviated version of French. Sometimes we encounter an issue where we need to change the signer on the package. I know I could resend a package to the new signer, but this would require us to start from the beginning.
