When requesting a signer session token via REST API, we pass the packageId and signerId. How does the signerId: [email protected] match up with the json package?
|
Where can I find a list of all available json properties(key/values) for package submission?
Thanks.

What is the user experience like with an iFrame on a mobile device? Is it responsive? If not, can the iframe initial load go directly to the signature placeholder?

Can you point me to a resource explaining the differences between Opt-out and Decline?

Is it possible to specify the url to a custom company page which contains the iframe signing ceremony? Also, is the signer notification email message/layout to sign a document customizable?
Thanks!

Reply to: Create Package from Template
Friday, October 28, 2016 at 03:50amWouldn't it be easier just to edit the json package template file in a text editor such as NotePad++?
Reply to: Package Json
Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 04:22amA great resource. Thanks. One property I have in my package is "disableDownloadForUncompletedPackage": true. This is listed in the settings/ceremony section. Is this a valid property? I could not locate it in the link you provided.
Thanks.
Reply to: Package Json
Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 04:22amI am not sure if it works or not. I was merely looking for a complete reference document. As you pointed out, this is not the most current version. I posted another question related and maybe you can answer. I thought I would create a package template through the UI and then retrieve that template via REST API to obtain all the available json schema properties, key/values. How do I retrieve that template without knowing the package id? I would expect to find the generated package id in the UI.
Thanks.

Reply to: Signer Token Request
Monday, October 31, 2016 at 09:56amOkay. I took the example json package used in this, see attached. The "Signer1" id is a little confusing as it is specified as a role and signer. A typo mistake? I take it is resolves to the "Signer1" in the signer object to generate session token. If there were another signer object specified, the id would be "Signer2" and passed in the url to obtain session token for that. But what effect does the "Signer1" id for role have on "Signer2" signer?
Thanks!

Is this sender token required in a json package? I ask because I get an error sending a package request stating "id": "sender" not found.

Hi,
I have a requirement where I have a template with placeholders for signers. I need to create a new package from this template and replace the signer Placeholders with actual signer info.
