I downloaded the copy tool then made the mistake of setting it to be opened with Acrobat. What should it be opened with? I have downloaded the JRE environment.  I have used this tool several times but this is a new laptop. Thanks for the help.

Hi, We’ve been noticing some odd behaviour in the layout designer recently. We’ve seen the signatures displayed below where they should be when first opening the designer and also seen the signatures jump down after releasing the mouse after dragging them around.

Hi, We're investigating to moving to the new package/layout designer and had some questions. In our sandbox environment the new designer displays a option to chat with eSignLive support. Is this normally shown on prod environments as well? Is there a back office change to remove this?
