We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.

Hello,
I need help with an error message relatef to hornetq that we detected in one of our prod environments. The related package has 5 documents, 4 documents were successfully signed and the last one signing confirmation failed and produced this error.

Hello is it possible to duplicate a template, and then make a slightly different version of it, rather than having to start from scratch to create a second form which only has very minor differences in the options for the drop-downs etc.?Thanks

Hi,
When creating the package programatically (using the REST API / Java SDK), can we configure signer workflow? i.e. signer1 signs first and then signer2.
The default behavior is that there is no workflow i.e. all signers get notified simultaneously.

We have a scenario that if a customer signed the contract but didn't complete the payment, when the person came back again, he needs to do the whole transaction again.
So, for an archived package, can we use the same customId and Package Name?

I followed the instructions to copy the layout/templates from the Sandbox to Prod environment and received the message that they were successfully copied. However, when I log into the account in PROD, the layout/templates are not there. I have attached a screenshot of the message

Hello,
In the didSynchronizeTransaction protocol, we get a guid representing a signing ceremony id. My backend team need a DocumentID AND a PackageID. Is it possible to get these informations in the callbacks of the protocols? If so, which one ?
