Hi, We are going to implement esign in mobile where customers will sign our app from mobile browser. So, we need our iframe mobile responsive but the signing ceremony pdf content is not responsive. Therefore, we need the content in iframe mobile responsive. Thanks.

Hi, I'm using the iOS SDK to let the user self sign a pdf document. I need to define a different UI concept for the signing ceremony screens. modifying the SDK's storyboard is not good enough in my case. can I achieve it somehow with your SDK or API? thanks, Ram

Hi, In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?   thanks, Cindy
iframe loading twice

Hi, Recently one of our team using ifram to launch the signing ceremony, they said it requires loading 2 times in iframe in order to open the signing page. any idea? currently their solution is 1st loading login page, 2nd loading signing URL , then it works. thanks, Cindy

Hi,   I am not clean how to use attachment, could you please share an sample code? Also once there is attachment in a package, the sender have to accept this attachment, otherwise  the signing ceremony will not be completed?   Thanks

Hi, in our current on-prem v11.25, for InPerson signing, there is dropdown box for signers to choose who will sign. but same request to SaaS, I don't see the dropdown box anymore. where is the InPerson signing ceremony showed in NSE? thanks, Cindy

We allow users to click a sign button on a page that expires rather quickly (2 minutes) and it opens OneSpan in an external browser tab. Does OneSpan have a feature to ping an endpoint during the signing ceremony to keep the session alive on the source page?

We have the thank you dialog box for signing ceremony disabled for our signers, and it doesn't show up when you finish signing on a desktop. However the thank you messaging still shows when finished signing on a mobile device. Is there a way to hide this on the mobile UI as well?

If a OneSpan Sign package has 3 documents to sign, does the event notification send one message to cover all three documents or does it send 3 messages with different Document Ids?

Hi, we are having integrated solution with our front end using eSignLive as the back-end. On the signing ceremony the first user after signing documents and completing his part of workflow does not get message what do do next. Is this an expected behaviour? If not how to fix it?
