Hi there; my understanding has been there are 7 status's (Draft, In Progress[sent], Completed, Opted out, Declined, Archived and Trashed) Does "Expired" count as a status? ( it's not included on OneSpan Account Summary report ).

Hi, our client tried to delete account in the Owner account via Sender UI, after he clicked 'x' (delete) button, nothing happened in the GUI, but we found there is error in the log, any idea?

Hello, I was using OneSpan app report "Account Summary Report" the only report available from top level "Reports" drop down. The person I looked at had 1 x Draft +  1 x In Progress + 11 Complete for total of 13 Pkgs. There was also a count of 2 items "Trashed".
Can package expired date be configured at account level

Esigning process not translating to French

Our OneSpan account is customer-facing and we support French speaking customers. Most of the signing process translates to French properly expect the 'Thank You' message attached.

Hi! When sending some eSignLive packages (.NET SDK), here is the error message I receive for some of the packages I send (it works for others :-S) What does it mean that my document could not be flattened ?
