Hi,
I'm having an issue when trying to use the delete feature to permanently delete a package.
Using the Java SDK, I simply execute the following line.
eslClient.getPackageService().deletePackage(new PackageId(packageId));

We have a template in eSign which uses custom label to populate values in the document with signer information e.g signer DOB, SSN. Currently our user use bulk file upload feature to create multiple packages for each signer in the One Span Application.

Currently trying to customize my package.... It is an existing template on my sandbox and I would like to be able to customize the fields each time I clone the package. Is this possible?
This is the current JSON payload I am sending... the signer information works but the fields are not working.

When I create a package from a PDF document and combine the EnableExtraction() calls to extract form field positions, and I add an .WithInjectedField() clause, I do not get any data injected in the static fields.
I now have to do it in 2 steps:
1) Create a layout from the PDF with EnableExtraction

I am attempting to send a contract with the signature block set to capture from Laserfiche Workflow.

For attachments that are uploaded, how can I get the file extension (PDF, jpg, tif, etc...)? I only see these attributes on OneSpanAPIOjbects.AttachmentRequirement:

I read the following blog post:

And tried setting up reminders in my initial POST request that creates a signing package. It's not working. ESL creates the package with no error messages but the reminders never get sent.
