I am trying to connect OneSpan to LaserFiche followed instruction precisely, however, I am getting error message  Missing prerequisite please see log. Log file attached.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to send a contract with the signature block set to capture from Laserfiche Workflow. In the document I have placed the text tag:

I have a Laserfiche Workflow sending a document for signature to 4 persons.  Workflow is configured to use the layout “XXSignaturePage” based on the template by the same name.

We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.

In the list of prerequisites for the OneSpan Sign for Laserfiche Installation Guide, it mentions that the Windows PowerShell permissions needs to have the execution policy set to unrestricted.

After installing, "Send with OneSpan" is visible via Webclient on the "Custom Actions" & elispis tab. When clicked, "Something went wrong" displays after 15 seconds.
