Here's the scenario. I have 2 Approvers (For example, Bob and Mary). Bob has just 1 signature field. Mary has a signature field and a Label. Bob signs first. Before Mary signs I programmatically update her Label field so when she goes to sign she sees the Label Value I inserted.

Hi,
We are noticing that the handover link is not showing after signing all the documents.
Steps to reproduce:
1. We create a package with 4 signers

In the documentation for Document Extraction, it explains that a Textfield or Checkbox must be completed before a Signer can sign a package:

1) in our on-prem version, I don't see the authentication for recipient can use KBA, and also I tried in the sandbox, doesn't see it either. Would you please let me know in which version KBA is available and how to use it?

Hello Duo,
We are designing a multi step form for document signing process. My question is just as in onespan, whenever the signing is completed by all the recipient, there is the option of reviewing the documents as well as downloading it.

Is it possible to specify the url to a custom company page which contains the iframe signing ceremony? Also, is the signer notification email message/layout to sign a document customizable?

Hi,
Is there a way during the signing ceremony to automatically scroll to the next signature once one has been signed? Docusign has this feature so I thought esign might as well.
