I am trying to connect OneSpan to LaserFiche followed instruction precisely, however, I am getting error message

We are installing the OneSpan integration with Laserfiche Cloud and need some technical help.
We are at Step 6: "Generate Configuration File" (See attached screenshot) and we need to supply the credentials for both OneSpan and Laserfiche. We have 2 questions:

We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.

I am migrating servers for Laserfiche and OneSpan. Laserfiche 11 is successfully migrated, LF Server, Web Client, Workflow, etc.

After following the installation steps with no issues showing in the shell script execution log, I have the following show in the Laserfiche web client: See Screenshot

After installing, "Send with OneSpan" is visible via Webclient on the "Custom Actions" & elispis tab.
When clicked, "Something went wrong" displays after 15 seconds.
