I’m currently experiencing some issues with my core i5 laptop while using OneSpan, and I’m looking for any advice or recommendations.
Details:
- Laptop Specs: Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD.
- OneSpan Product: OneSpan Sign (Version 6.3)
The Issues:
- Performance Lag: The laptop becomes slow and unresponsive when handling large document signing processes in OneSpan Sign.
- Browser Compatibility: Encountering issues with the product’s interface when used in different browsers; some features don’t load properly.
- Error Messages: Frequent connection and verification errors pop up while using OneSpan Sign.
Steps Taken:
- Cleared cache and cookies in the browsers.
- Tried adjusting the system settings for better performance.
- Reinstalled the application, but the issues persist.
Has anyone else faced similar problems with OneSpan Sign on a core i5 laptop? Any advice on how to improve performance or resolve compatibility issues would be greatly appreciated.
