Two User Experiences

The OneSpan Sign Application (see Architecture) currently offers two User Experiences:

  • The Classic User Experience for signers, senders, and administrators.
  • The New User Experience is also for signers, senders, and administrators, but represents an enhancement over the Classic User Experience.

Starting with the 11.42 release of OneSpan Sign, the Classic User Experience is no longer supported for SaaS customers. All documentation of the Classic User Experience is thus intended for on-premises customers only.
