Copy tool - not successful

Hi amfulton, How you identified your source and target account, API Key or Email/Password? Which copy mode you have chosen? Is the layout you copied Shared or not? If you used email/password as a credential (or if you used API Key and you knew which email the API Key refers to), can you send the emails to [email protected], so that I can help you check in backoffice. If the tool said success, the templates and layouts should exist somewhere, probably are copied to the account owner in the production environment. BTW, I helped you detached your attachment since there's some personal information inside. Duo

Hi Anne, As we discussed in private thread, it looks like the copy tool can't properly handle foreign characters. I've fixed the code to force encoding in UTF-8 and now the problem should be solved. Kindly re-download the tool and try again, the tool is now 1.3 version. Duo

I understand you were assisting amfulton with an issue with the copy tool yesterday.

We followed the updated instructions, and we were able to copy 5 of 6 templates.

This is the error message received:

From the error message, it sounds like there's a field "5ubnEDqVlQw9" specified in the conditional logic, however it doesn't exist in the payload anymore. I have applied a quick fix to this issue and released the v1.5.8 tool at:

Kindly have a quick try and let me know if this works for your account (Please try on Sandbox account and fully test before applying to Production account).
